The site is designed principally for caravans and mobile homes, with "pitches" having both hard standing and a grassed area for awnings, although tents are catered for. Mains, 240 volt, hook-ups are provided on 55 of the pitches.

The site is ideal for anyone wishing to spend their holidays near to the resorts of: Lytham, St. Annes and Blackpool, as well as for anyone coming to Fort San Antone for a weekend's entertainment.
